Warranty and Return Policy
New unused items: You can return all products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less original shipping charge).
New unused items after 30 days: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all products returned between 30 and 90 days from the date of purchase (less original shipping charge).
Exchanges of new unused items: You can exchange all products within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees both ways are covered by a customer.
Defective and Flawed items:

Beco Baby Carrier warrants the products against defect in material and workmanship. We stand behind our products and will either repair or replace for free products purchase from our authorized retailer during the first year. Proof of purchase necessary.
INTERNATIONAL:
Beco Baby Carrier warrants the products against defect in material and workmanship. We stand behind our products and will either repair or replace products purchased from our authorized retailer during the first year. Proof of purchase necessary. Shipping fees both ways are covered by a customer.
Returned products must have an RMA number issued. Please contact our customer service at http://www.becobabycarrier.com/contact.asp and let us know what is wrong with your Beco Carrier. We will be happy to help get your carrier repaired or replaced.
