Warranty and Return Policy
New unused items: You can return all products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less original shipping charge $10).
Just ship us your product back to the address below (attn: RETURNS), along with your original Packing Slip or Sales Receipt and write "RETURN FOR REFUND" on the document.
New unused items after 30 days: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all products returned between 30 and 90 days from the date of purchase (less original shipping charge $10). When shipping the carrier back, please provide original Packing Slip or Sales Receipt and write "RETURN FOR REFUND" on the document.
Exchanges of new unused items: You can exchange all products within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees both ways are covered by a customer.
Just ship us your product back to the address below (attn: EXCHANGES), along with your original Packing Slip or Sales Receipt and write "EXCHANGE" on the document. Please, let us know the name of the product you would like instead and a check for $10 to cover the shipping fee. We will ship your replacement right away.
Defective and Flawed items:
Beco Baby Carrier warrants the products against defect in material and workmanship. We stand behind our products and will either repair or replace for free products purchase from our authorized retailer during the first year. Proof of purchase necessary.
Please contact our customer service at info@becobabycarrier.com and let us know what is wrong with your Beco Carrier. We will be happy to help get your carrier repaired or replaced.
